You have 30 days from the date your package is delivered to request an exchange or store credit.

    At Kind Society & CO, your satisfaction truly matters to us. We gladly accept exchanges or issue store credit for items that are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    Please note: We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

    Once eligible items are received and approved, a store credit will be issued for the value of the returned merchandise. This credit may be used toward any future purchase.

    We are happy to offer garment exchanges for a different size or item, subject to availability.

    You will need your Order Number (found in your confirmation email) along with the email address or ZIP code used at checkout.

    The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

    •⁠  ⁠Socks
    •⁠  ⁠Final sale items
    •⁠  ⁠Damaged or washed garments
    •⁠  ⁠Custom or personalized products
    •⁠  ⁠Items not in original condition

    Once an exchange has been initiated and the garment is shipped back through one of our authorized partners, our team will carefully inspect the item upon arrival. If approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed promptly.
