Refund, Exchange, and Lost Items Policy

You have 60 days from the moment the package is received.

  • At Kind Society & CO, we value your satisfaction. That's why we happily accept returns and exchanges of any unwashed, unworn, unaltered item in its original condition, with the tags still attached.

  • If you wish to execute a Refund or Exchange, please click here and follow the required steps.  Refunds will be refunded to the same payment method. 
  • Your Order Number (which can be found in your confirmation email) along with the email or zip code used will be required.
  • Hair accessories, socks,  final sale, damaged, washed or items outside of their original state will not be accepted.
  • Once an Return or Exchange has been initiated and the garment shipped back through one of our partners, our team will assess its condition upon arrival and if in good condition will deliver the new item/s.

Return and Exchange Timing

We offer a 60-day return window. Any return or exchange requests after the 60-day period will no longer be accepted.

Please note that accessories are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as per our policy.

Lost Items

Kind Society  & CO is not responsible for lost packages once the tracking number has been shared.


Shipping and Pick-Up Information

Order Pick-Up

Orders can be picked up at your child's school 3 to 4 business days after the purchase. When the order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification email. Once they arrive at the school, the garments will only be delivered to the parent with the order number.
